ReplyDeleteThis is a seriously tacky thing to post under the link to a young woman's funeral. Shame on you.
DeleteMy thoughts exactly. How disrespectful.
DeleteI agree. Definitely a new low. I am so sorry that family and friends have to deal with this insensitive gesture.
DeleteI think this is some sort of automated spam. I can't fathom anyone deliberately posting something like this on this site. Regardless, it is a shame that it landed here.
DeleteSorry folks, usually I'm more on top of deleting spam but I've obviously been distracted over the last few days. Appreciate your support. -Brad
DeleteThank you so much for the opportunity to watch Ashleigh's funeral online. It was a beautiful service that showed what a truly remarkable woman she was. She is inspiring me still. Thank you again for sharing this day with us! Continued prayers for your family.
ReplyDeleteYou could not know it, but Ashleigh's message reached those she never met...reminding them of God's love in the midst of breast cancer. It isn't an easy road, but it is one that I am walking now. Your eulogy today, as well as Ashleigh's eloquent speech at MIT, reminded me that we have no control, but God is good. I thank you for this blessing. I thank Ashleigh for reminding us to live life to the fullest...and love. In Jesus' name.
ReplyDeleteI would like to thank the First Baptist Church of Allen for streaming Ashleigh's service. I cried, laughed and cried some more. It was the first virtual funeral I've ever attended and such a great idea to share it with others who are grieving her death. I enjoyed everyone and Brad, I can see why she fell hopelessly in love with you. Thank you for all you have done for Ashleigh and for all you are doing and will do for your children. May God continue to bless you richly!
